Everyone needs to stretch. It doesn’t matter whether you are couch-locked for most of the day or an urban athlete, stretching is essential to helping blood reach your joints and muscles. It gives you an optimal workout and unlocks your full range of motion. Stretch properly and you will see an improvement to your posture and athletic performance, whilst reducing the risk of pain and injuries. It is often hard to know which muscles you are actually stretching, making it harder to gauge whether you are working the right area or not.
