Foods Rich in Antioxidants for Healthy Aging




There was a time when growing old was something you can take pride in. In fact, wrinkles and anything that shows your age is like a crown in some cultures. They respect their elders, and these signs makes it easier to determine rather than ask someone’s age. Some consider it rude.

However, the new generation is quite different. Asking someone’s age is more rude nowadays. Also, having any signs of it is an embarrassment. For one, a blueberry is another one of those that studies label as brain food that helps prevent the development of neurological brain disorders which are commonly associated with aging.

In addition, it targets one of the most obvious signs of aging – the skin. Blueberries help prevent your skin from aging too quickly, especially at an age when any signs should not be showing.
